摘要
为研究非离子表面活性剂在煤泥浮选中的促进作用,用SPAN80和煤油配成组合捕收剂,并改变其配比、用量,进行了煤泥浮选试验。结果表明:SPAN80可显著改善捕收剂性能,提高精煤产率和尾煤灰分,降低煤油的消耗,具有较好的技术经济效益;通过对浮选产品的粒度分析,发现SPAN80对粗粒级浮选的促进作用要大于细粒级,而且对>0.25mm的粗粒作用效果更加明显;此外,还研究了SPAN80的促进作用机理,发现SPAN80对煤油产生了乳化作用,改变了煤表面的润湿性,并通过氢键吸附消弱了煤表面含氧官能团的影响。相似煤样的验证试验同样也得到了较好的浮选效果。
To study promoting effect of nonionic surfactant SPAN80 in coal slurry flotation,the test was carried out with the combinative collector which is designed to combination of SPAN80 and with different sets of proportion and the dosage.The result shows: SPAN80 is able to improve the performance of collector significantly,enrich the plant yield and tail coal ash points,and reduce the consumption of kerosene,it has a good technical and economic benefits as well;It is discovered that the effect of SPAN80 as a catalytic to coarse grain is greater than to fine-grained through particle size analytical technique of flotation product,what's more,the effect to + 0.250mm coarse particle is more obvious.Moreover,the promoting function mechanism of SPAN80 was studied,finding that SPAN80 produced emulsification for Kerosene,changed the coal surface wettability and eliminated effects of the coal surface oxygen containing functional group.While the verifying test on the similar coal samples shows better flotation effect as well.
