摘要
从香蕉茎秆/根茬的生物学特性研究入手,设计了香蕉秸秆的还田处理工艺路线。在此基础上,对还田机械的总体结构、工作原理进行了详细介绍,列出了其主要的性能参数。最后,对粉碎机构的原理、刀具结构和除根/还田机构的破茬原理、刀辊总成、布刀形式进行了研究和设计。本还田技术装备解决了制约香蕉大规模种植面临的秸秆处理难题,具有重大的经济效益和生态效益。
The process route of smashing banana stalk root-stubble is given after having discussed biological characteristics of banana stalk root-stubble.Based on the above-mentioned knowledge,overall structure and operating principle of the returning machine as well as its main performance parameters are introduced in detail.In addition,the research and design of the principle of smashing mechanism,cutter structure,the principle of root-cutting returning mechanism,cutter-roller assembly and cutter arrangement are introduced.The technique and equipment illustrated in this paper can solve the stalk root-stubble handling problem which has limited large-scale planting of bananas.Meanwhile,it has both great economic effects and important ecological effects.
