摘要
液压驱动式水田自走底盘主要由发动机、液压系统、车体等部分组成。为此,采用虚拟样机技术,对底盘车体的零部件进行三维建模,建立了车体的虚拟三维仿真模型。通过对虚拟三维仿真模型进行了运动模拟和干涉检查,并对车体的关键部件车架进行了应力应变分析,优化了结构设计方案,为液压驱动式水田自走底盘物理样机的研发提供了参考和依据。
Hydraulic drive paddy field self-propelled Chassis includes engine,hydraulic system,and chassis body.The virtual prototype technology was applied in the design of chassis body in this paper.Three-dimensional models of chassis body were established by the Pro/E software.Through motion simulation and dynamic interference check for the chassis body,structure and working parameters of it can be optimized.References and basis for research and development physical prototype were provided in the paper.
