2007-2009年军事飞行人员飞行不合格疾病谱分析

Disease spectrum of military pilots unqualified for flying in 2007-2009

目的分析近年军事飞行人员飞行不合格疾病构成及变化情况,为进一步搞好航卫保障提供参考。方法对空军总医院2006年11月-2009年11月结论飞行不合格的225名军事飞行人员按疾病类别、涉及专科以及不同年龄段进行分类统计。结果飞行不合格疾病排序前10位为高血压、头痛、神经症、屈光不正、加速度耐力不良、地面晕厥、神经衰弱、颈椎病、眩晕和腰椎间盘突出;专科排序前5位为神经内科、心血管内科、骨科、眼科和耳鼻咽喉科;年龄30-44岁占全部飞行不合格人员的68.89%。结论高血压、神经系统功能性疾病、脊柱疾病和屈光不正等是近年军事飞行人员飞行不合格的主要疾病,应重视军事飞行人员心血管疾病危险因素控制及飞行职业因素和社会-心理因素影响的研究。

Objective To provide reference data for aero-medical support by analyzing the disease spectrum of military pilots unqualified for flying in 2007-2009. Methods Clinical data about 225 military pilots unqualified for flying admitted to General Hospital of Air Force in November 2006- November 2009 were collected and classified according to their disease, involved specialty and age. Results The top 10 diseases of military pilots unqualified for flying were hypertension, headache, neurosis, ametropia, acceleration intolerance, ground syncope, neurasthenia, cervical spondylosis, vertigo, and lumbar disc herniation. The first 5 involved departments were neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, and otorhinolaryngology. Pilots of the age of 30-44 years accounted for 68.89% of all pilots unqualified for flying. Conclusion Hypertension, functional diseases of nervous system, spinal disease, and ametropia are the main diseases of military pilots unqualified for flying in recent years. Importance should be attached to the control of risk factors for cardiovascular diseases and the effect of occupational and social-psychological factors on their flying.
