摘要 目的观察防晕帽对运动病的防治效果。方法随机将40名男性运动病患者分为试验组和对照组各20人。试验组戴防晕帽后10min,两组患者及2名无运动病测试者同乘一车进行颠簸和加减速行驶。当测试者出现I°前庭自主神经反应时结束试验,统计两组患者Ⅱ°和Ⅲ°前庭自主神经异常发生率。结果试验组Ⅱ°异常反应率为40%(8/20),对照组Ⅱ°反应15人,Ⅲ°反应2人,异常反应率为85%,两组相比,χ2=6.83,P<0.01,差异有显著性。结论防晕帽对部分晕车患者确有一定防治作用,为运动病患者增加了一种新的防治选项。 Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of anti-sick hats on motion sickness.Methods Forty male patients with motion sickness were divided into experimental group(n=20) wearing anti-sick hats on their heads and control group(n=20).Patients in the two groups and 2 persons with no motion sickness took a same bus bumping on the road due to different speeds.Experiment was stopped when I°vestibular autonomic reactions occurred in 2 testers.Incidence of Ⅱ°and Ⅲ°vestibular autonomic reactions in the two groups was calculated.Results The incidence of Ⅱ°vestibular autonomic reaction was 40%(8/20) in experimental group while the incidence of Ⅱ°and Ⅲ°vestibular autonomic reactions was 85% in control group(Ⅱ°in 15 and Ⅲ°in 2,χ2=6.83,P〈0.01).Conclusion Anti-sick hats can prevent and treat motion sickness in certain patients,thus adding a new preventive and therapeutic modality for motion sickness.
