摘要 目的测定重组人纽兰格林的C端序列。方法用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)的源内裂解(ISD)及串联质谱技术(TOF-TOF,LIFT),测定重组蛋白纽兰格林的C端序列。结果用该方法鉴定了重组蛋白纽兰格林C端序列的10个氨基酸残基。结论与现有的C-端序列测定方法比较,该方法简便快捷,可适用于部分重组蛋白药物的质量控制。 Objective To detect the recombinant human neuregulin(rhNRGL) C-terminal sequences. Methods Ten amino acid residues of rhNRGL C-terminal sequences were detected by in-source-delay(ISD) of MALDI-TOF-MS and LIFT of TOF-TOF-MS. Results The 10 amino acid residues of rhNRGL C-terminal sequences were detected. Conclusion This method is simpler and rapider than the commonly used method and can be applied to quality control of some recombinant proteins.
