摘要
运用实证研究、对比分析和相关分析等方法分析土地利用结构变化与碳收支的关系;探讨如何通过优化土地利用结构来实现碳收支的平衡。结果表明:净释碳量与各种土地利用类型的相关系数都很高,且与居民点及工矿用地、交通用地、水利设施用地、园地、林地成正相关,与耕地、牧草地、其它农用地、未利用地和其它土地成负相关。因此,增强碳汇功能必须优化森林结构,提高林地净初生产力,加强耕地保护力度,充分发挥耕地的碳汇作用;通过控制居民点及工矿用地规模来优化产业结构和产业布局,通过合理规划交通用地来优化能源利用率,以减弱碳排功能。
Analyzed the relationship of carbon budgets and the changes of land use structure by using empirical research,comparative analysis and correlation analysis,we explored a problem about how to optimize land use structure for achieving the balance of carbon budgets.The results indicated that: the correlation coefficient of net carbon emissions and land use maintain a high level.On the one hand,net carbon emissions have positive correlations with residential land,industrial land,transportation land,water conservancy facilities garden and forest.On the other hand,it have negative correlations with cultivated land,pasture,other agricultural land,unused land and other land.In order to enhance the carbon sink function and reduce carbon emissions function,we must optimize the forest structure to increase the forest net primary productivity and strengthen the protection of cultivated land for fixing more carbon.We also can control the scale of residential and industrial land and transportation land to optimize the industrial structure and layout and energy efficiency.
