摘要
针对锯齿形连栋塑料温室的安全和经济设计要求,利用结构有限元分析软件,采用齿行法最优准则方法,对连栋塑料温室结构主构件参数进行优化设计。分析结果表明,各结构主要构件的材料强度利用率得到提高,优化设计后连栋塑料温室主立柱、主拱架和副拱架的材料强度利用率比优化前分别提高了23.69%,12.26%和2.57%;温室单位面积平均用钢量由优化前的4.625 2kg/m2降为优化规整后的4.540 6 kg/m2,节省钢材0.084 6 kg/m2,而承载能力得到大幅提高。
To meet the request for the safety and economic design of serrated multi-span plastic greenhouse,this paper,adopting the optimization design theory with finite element analysis software and using zigzag method optimal criteria method,optimizes the design parameters of the main components of the greenhouse.The results show that the main components' utilization of material strength of the structure are improved.After optimal design,the utilization rate of greenhouse's main column,vice-arch and the main arch increase by 23.69%,2.57% and 12.26% respectively than before;The average steel consumption per unit area of the greenhouse before optimization is 4.6252 kg/m2,and reduces to 4.5406kg/m2 after optimization design and regular.To save steel 0.0846kg/m2 than before,and a substantial increase in carrying capacity.
