摘要 国内种植红薯覆膜大多采用人工方式,效率低,效果差,劳动强度大,种植水平尚在原始阶段,缺少机械化手段。为此,设计了红薯双行覆膜机,其结构新颖,特别是集土覆膜装置能有效地解决同时起垄双行覆膜的问题,且占用劳动力少,降低农民的劳动强度,提高生产效率,收红薯可以实现早种、早收、早上市,达到作物增产、农民增收的目的。该机具与轮式拖拉机配套使用,具有操作方便、故障率低、作业效率高等优点,对红薯种植具有深远的意义。 At present covering plastic film in potato planting often depend on manual work,it brings about low efficiency,poor effectiveness and high labor intensity,due to lack of mechanical means,technological level in planting is still in primitive stage in countryside.The film covering machine for two-row potato in this research has a novel structure,especially its mechanism for soil collection and film covering can complete ridging and two-row film covering together,it leads to take less labor,decrease labor intensity and increase pruduce effectiveness,so potato growing,harvesting and saling early,it attain the production increase of crops and the income growth of peasants.The machine is used with wheel tractor together,has easy operation,low breakdown rate,high work efficiency,so this research has significant importance in patato planting.
