摘要
为了全面监测高速精密播种机的作业情况,需要对单位面积播种量、米间落粒数和总作业量进行统计,这就需要准确测量机具的行进距离。常用的测量方法有标杆法、轮速传感器测速法、多普勒雷达测速法以及GPS测速法等。为此,在分析上述方法利弊的基础上,提出一种以SCA620单轴加速度传感器及阵列式全向水银开关为检测元件、结合单片机及无线数据传输技术的全新设计方案。
In order to fully monitoring high speed precision machine,need to the homework between unit area rate,rice grain number and total amount of fall design,which will require accurate measurement machine marching distance.The commonly used method has benchmarking method,the wheel sensor velocimetry method,doppler radar guns method and GPS velocimetry method,etc.Therefore,on the analysis on the basis of the above methods advantages and disadvantages SCA620 proposed to uniaxial acceleration sensor and array type omnidirectional mercury switch to detect components,combined with single-chip microcomputer and wireless data transmission technology of the new design.
