摘要
用理论与试验数据相结合的方法设计了小型大豆膨化机,确定了螺杆直径、套筒直径和模孔尺寸等主要结构参数。用该机对全脂大豆进行膨化加工试验,将螺杆转速、加热温度、物料含水率作为试验因素,进行单因素和二次回归正交旋转组合试验,找出了影响机器加工性能(度电产量)的主要因素及影响规律,优化并得到最佳工艺参数组合。
A small-size soybean extruder was designed in method of theory and test.Major structural model parameters were counted.Such as screw diameter,sleeve diameter and pore size.Extruder was tested for soybean.Soybean moisture,screw speed,extruding temperature were considered as different test factors.Influences pattern of processing property(output per kW·h)was abstained by a series of single factor and orthogonal rotatory combination design of three factors for experiment.The optimal combination of main parameters was gained.
