鸡蛋碰撞特性的试验研究

通过碰撞试验研究了鸡蛋在不同斜槽高度、长度和不同挡板材料下的破碎程度,同时采取了正交试验进行更深入的探讨。试验结果表明:鸡蛋破损面积随着斜槽高度的增加而增大,随斜槽长度的变长而减小;挡板材料对鸡蛋的破损也有较大影响,其中以斜槽高度对鸡蛋的碰撞损伤影响最为显著。

This article studied some factors which influence broken degree of egg collision,such as different height of skewed slot,different length of skewed slot,different material apron,and also had carried on orthogonal experiment to investigate further.The test result indicated that,The damage area of egg increases along with the height of skewed slot increase,and reduces along with the length of skewed slot,the material apron have also large influence,but height of skewed slot is the most significant impact of egg collision.
