摘要
提出了0~8000V电压下的静电喷雾技术,荷电过程中通过改变静电极环的结构及调节荷电电压得到不同条件时雾滴的荷质比。描绘出雾滴核质比随电压、电极环导线直径和压力的变化情况,对不同条件下的荷质比进行理论分析和变化的趋势对比,得出雾滴核质比在不同条件下的变化情况,从而为进一步开发荷电喷雾机具提供参考依据。
In this paper,0-8000V voltage electrostatic spray technology,the process of charge by changing the electrostatic polar ring structure,adjust the charge voltage conditions are different droplet charge to mass ratio.Depicts the droplet of nuclear matter with the voltage than the electrode wire diameter and the pressure ring the changes,under different conditions,the theoretical analysis of charge-mass ratio and contrast trends.Droplet of nuclear matter obtained under different conditions than the changes,the further development of spray equipment charged to provide reference.
