摘要
为了研究柴油机结构参数和运行参数对整机性能的影响,用发动机工作过程仿真软件BOOST对某型号的增压柴油机进行了建模和模拟计算。改变压缩比、燃烧起始角及配气相位等参数,比较了不同参数下发动机转矩、功率、缸内燃气最高温度和最高压力等性能参数,选定了最优化的参数组合。利用优化后的参数再次进行工作过程仿真,通过对比其整机性能参数发现,优化后的柴油机动力性、经济性和排放性能均有所提高。
To study the influence of the structural and running parameters on the diesel engine performances,a turbocharged diesel engine model based on engine working process simulation software named BOOST was created and simulated.Through comparing several performance data such as torque,power,maximum temperature and pressure in cylinder at different parameters such as compression ratio,combustion starting time and phase of valve timing position etc,the most appropriate group running parameters are selected.The working process simulation based on these parameters results show that the engine can improve the power output,fuel economy and emission behavior.
