全自动细胞芯片检测仪中自动聚焦系统的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高自动聚焦系统的聚焦速度和聚焦精度,提出采用爬山搜索算法和聚焦评价函数相结合的方法。阐述了灰度差分评价函数,灰度梯度向量模方评价函数,灰度涨落变化评价函数,Robrt梯度评价函数和拉普拉斯评价函数对同一组图片的评价,评价结果曲线表明:除了灰度涨落变化评价函数外,其余函数都能精确聚焦,且不同聚焦函数的聚焦时间最大相差为1.85%。 A method combines the focusing search algorithm and focusing evaluation function is proposed in or-der to improve the focus velocity and focus accuracy of the automatic focusing system.The same group picture is evaluated by gray difference evaluation function,gray gradient mode evaluation function,gray fluctuation varying evaluation function,Robrt gradient evaluation function and Laplacian evaluation function.The evaluation curves result show that all of the focusing evaluation functions can accurately focus except gray fluctuation varying evaluation func-tion,and the biggest Devalue of different focusing evaluation function's focus-time is 1.85%.
