第三方物流供货流程中影响安全性的主致因分析

摘要 从第三方物流供货安全性评价出发,根据第三方物流服务商的实际供货流程,确立了安全性评估的指标体系。分析了灰色理论在第三方物流供货安全性评价中的应用原理。选取灰色理论中的综合关联度模型,对第三方物流供货流程中5个操作环节中影响安全性的19个因素进行了灰色关联分析,实现了各因素与总安全差错率之间的关联评价,分别得出单一操作环节(原材料收货)及5个操作环节总体的主致因。基于评价结果,找出最易导致安全性问题的因素,帮助管理人员得出针对性措施。 By analyzing the operations of third party logistics (3PL), an index system for operation safety evaluation is built. Then, based on the grey system theory, a comprehensive grey incidence degree model is developed. With this model, effect of 19 factors on safety of the five operations is analyzed. By this analysis, the correlation degree between various factors and the total failure rate is obtained. This clearly shows the critical factors that cause a failure for a single operation and for the five operations as whole. The proposed method is helpful in operating a third party logistics company.
