X射线辐射对体外淋巴管内皮细胞影响的实验研究

摘要 目的探讨X射线辐射对体外淋巴管内皮细胞的影响,为肿瘤的放射治疗提供一个预测及评价指标。方法体外培养出淋巴管内皮细胞,然后给予2.0、5.0、10.0和20.0 Gy剂量的X射线对体外淋巴管内皮细胞进行照射,照射后观察淋巴管内皮细胞周期和淋巴内皮细胞凋亡率的变化。结果流式细胞仪检测结果显示,2.0~20.0 Gy X射线照射24h后G0/G1期细胞明显减少,与对照组(0Gy)差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。而S期细胞数未见明显变化,G2/M期细胞数均明显增多,与对照组差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论 X射线在诱导淋巴管内皮细胞凋亡中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of X-ray radiation on the proliferation of lymphatic endothelial cells in vitro,and to provide a new prediction and evaluation index of clinical radiotherapy for cancer.Methods Lymphatic endothelial cells were cultured in vitro,and then different doses of 2.0,5.0,10.0 and 20.0 Gy of X-ray were given to irradiate on lymphatic endothelial cells.Changes of cycle and apoptosis of lymphatic cells were observed after radiation.Results Cells of G0/G1-phase decreased significantly after 24h radiation of 2.0~20.0 Gy,and there were significant differences to the control group(0 Gy)(P0.05).There was no obvious change in cells of S-phase.The number of G2/M-phase cells increased significantly with significant differences(P0.05).Conclusions X-ray plays an important role in induction of apoptosis of lymphatic endothelial cells.
