长夹层油管输送射孔工艺在新疆油田的应用 被引量:5

摘要 随着油管输送射孔(TCP)工艺技术在中国各油田的大量应用,长夹层油管输送射孔井也越来越多。阐述了用油管替代夹层枪射孔工艺中增压、多级投棒和分级压力3种引爆方式的技术原理、特点。在新疆油田31口井长夹层TCP作业中采用了这3种射孔方式,均一次成功。总结了3种射孔方式起爆工艺的优缺点,认为分级压力式起爆工艺施工操作简便,能根据井况灵活设计射孔器的起爆顺序,是一种比较安全可靠的射孔工艺。 With the extensive applications of tubing-conveyed perforation in China oilfield, the tubing-conveyed perforation is also used in more and more wells with large layer intervals. Dis cussed are the technique theory and features of three detonation ways, there are boost pressure, multistage bar drop and multistage pressure in perforation technology which layer interval gun is replaced by tubing. Three detonation ways are applied in 31 wells with large layer interval tubingconveyed perforation in Xinjiang oilfield, and perforation success rate is 100%. Analyzed are advantages and shortcomings of the three detonation techniques. The multistage pressure detona tion technique is simple and can flexibly change the perforator detonation sequences according to well conditions, so, it is safer and more reliable perforation technology.
