摘要
根据对轮轨关系的分析及现场直线地段钢轨不均匀磨耗情况的调查、分析,提出直线地段钢轨不均匀侧面磨耗形成及发展,原因在于线路中存在一些因素,使列车在通过某一特定点时强制改变了列车运动状态,导致列车固有的随机出现的蛇行运动在该点相位趋于一致,造成直线钢轨不均匀磨耗,并提出相应的处理办法及预防措施。
Based on the analysis of wheel/rail interaction and the field investigation into the non-uniform lateral abrasion of tracks on straight railway lines,the paper postulates that the causes of abrasion are some factors existing in the tracks which compel the trains to change their motion conditions when passing through a certain point,leading to the comformity of the phases of snake motion inherently and randomly occurred for the trains,which causes the non-uniform abrasion of tracks on straight lines.Corresponding tackling methods and counter measures are put forward.
