摘要
中低速磁悬浮交通方式发展潜力巨大,合理的建筑限界能够保证安全、降低成本,而设备限界是制定建筑限界的基础,以某型号磁悬浮车辆轮廓及车辆限界为例提出设计磁悬浮设备限界的方法。以《地铁设计规范》和《地铁限界标准》为参考依据,并结合磁悬浮自身特点设计直线地段设备限界;以磁悬浮车辆通过曲线时的几何关系制定曲线地段设备限界内外侧加宽公式,计算出相应加宽量,并创新性地提出了在小曲线半径地段内外侧非对称加宽量,更有利于实际工程建设。
Development potential for medium and low speed maglev transportation is tremendous,reasonable construction clearance can ensure safety and reduce overall cost while construction clearance depends upon equipment gauges.This paper,taking a particular model of maglev vehicle as an example,puts forward a design method for maglev equipment gauges.Referring to "Code for Design of Metro" and "Standard of Metro Gauges" and considering the characteristics of maglev vehicles,the equipment gauges for straight rail lines were designed.According to the geometric characteristics of curve,inside and outside widening formula for curve segment was put forward for the equipment gauges,with the corresponding widening values calculated.The asymmetrical inside and outside widening on small curve radius section was proposed which is very conducive to actual projects.
