摘要
国贸桥一期异型板结构采用粘贴钢板的方法对桥梁上部结构实施大范围结构加固,该工程是北京地区首次在桥梁复杂异型板区域实施的粘钢板加固工程,通过项目的实施,有效地提高了既有结构的刚度,改善了结构的受力状态,进一步限制了导致结构缺陷的裂缝开展。目前国内的市政、公路桥梁加固设计与施工规范对粘钢板法的加固仅限于简单性原则要求,在实施操作时针对性不强,在通过工程实施中总结的关键技术提出处于震区的桥梁粘钢板加固的重要性控制指标及工艺控制标准。
In the Guomao bridge phase-1 project,the stuck plate technology was adopted to strengthen the upper bridge structure,which was for the first time used in the zone of complex heterotypic plates of a bridge in Beijing area.Practice showed that the stuck plate strengthening technology can increase bridge's stiffness,improve the structure's resistance,and restrict the further cracking of pre-fissures.At present,there are some simple and incomplete specifications on the stuck plate strengthening technology in China.However,these specifications are too simple to have any instructing significance in the practice.This paper summarizes the key stuck plate strengthening technologies,puts forward some important control indexes for the bridge strengthening in seismic area.
