摘要
深圳地铁5号线民治站—五和站区间的左线隧道盾构出洞段采用垂直冻结法加固技术。由于盾构始发的特殊性,冻结帷幕的有效厚度能不能保证,是关系到洞门加固是否安全的前提。从洞门加固方案比选、冻结帷幕厚度设计计算、冻结方案设计及冻结施工技术等方面对该洞门垂直冻结加固技术进行了详细阐述。
The launching portal of the left line shield tunnel on Line 5 of Shenzhen subway between Minzhi and Wuhe station adopted the technology of vertical freezing consolidation.Due to the particularity of shield launching,the freezing curtain is a key to the success of the project,and whether the effective thickness of freezing curtain could be guaranteed is the premise related to the security of strengthening structure.This article studied the aspects of the soil consolidation plan selection of the launching portal,calculation of thickness of freezing curtain,design of freezing plan and key technologies which can be taken for reference.by similar projects.
