摘要
以深圳地铁7号线建设为例,论述华强北地下空间进行开发与利用的构想。通过对地铁车站空间形式的创新,使华强北地下空间贯通,并将人流和商机引入地下,形成立体化交通体系,极大缓解了地面交通压力,提升了片区服务水平和商业价值。通过对华强北地下空间的开发,打造"地铁+商业+地下步行街"三位一体的城市综合体,提高城市土地的利用效率,带动片区的可持续发展。
Taking the construction of Shenzhen metro Line 7 as an example,this paper discusses the development and utilization of underground space of Huaqiangbei area.By innovating the spatial forms of subway stations,underground spaces in Huaqiangbei area can be connected together as a whole,and the passenger flow as well as the commercial opportunities would be introduded to the underground space,which would form a three-dimensional traffic system,releasing the traffic pressure on the ground and improving the service level and business value of the area as well.In addition to this,the development of the underground spaces of the area would create a "subway+commerce+underground pedestrian street" urban complex,improve urban land use efficiently,and promote the sustainable development in the area.
