摘要
从高速铁路综合维修研究的视觉角度出发,初步将我国高速铁路划分成"时速300 km及以上客运专线、城际铁路、兼顾货运的高速线路"等3种类型。分析以上几种高速铁路的主要技术条件和特点,总结其对维修需求。按照"专业修、机械修、集中修"的原则,结合国情、路情,提出高速铁路综合维修设计布局、规模设置,沿线维修设施以及车辆停放等方案建议。遵循环保节能,减少用地、资源共享等原则,站在高速铁路网的高度,提出形成高速铁路维修网的观点;将维修机构布局的设计要点放在综合工区的分布及能力设置上。特别针对高速铁路设计中高架车站增加的情况,提出设于高架车站上的维修车辆停放线的几种布置方案,并分析其优缺点。
From the perspective of comprehensive maintenance,domestic high-speed railways preliminary can be dividid into three types: "passenger dedicated line of speed 300km/h and more,inter-city rail,high speed railway of mixed traffic".The author analyses the main technical conditions and characteristics of the above-mentioned high-speed railways and summarizes their maintenance requirements.According to the principle of "professional repair,mechanical repair,centralized repair",considering the conditions of our country and railways,the article proposes the program of designed layout,scale setting,maintenance facilities along the line and vehicles parking.Standing on the height of high-speed railway network,the viewpoint of high-speed railway maintenance network is proposed following the principles of environment protection and energy-saving,reducing land use,resource sharing.The design points of maintenance organization layout are put on the distribution and capabilities of comprehensive service sections.Specifically,accounting for the increase of elevated stations in the design of high-speed railways,several layout options of parking lines for vehicles under maintenance are put forward with their advantages and disadvantages analysed.
