摘要 本文主要分析了300MW汽轮机、锅炉主设备的现状与存在的主要问题。分别论述改造依据,并提出相应的技术改造方案。对改造前后的性能和效益亦进行了分析比较。总结了"十一五"期间节能改造后显著的能耗下降成果,分析了"十二五"节能减排任务的重要性和艰巨性,并提出合理节能工作规划,重点拓展区域性供热。 At the very beginning, this paper analyzes the current situation and major problems of the 300MW steam turbine and boiler. Then it respectively discusses the factual and theoretical basis of the optimization technology transformation for 300MW steam turbine and boiler, and it puts forward the corresponding transformation program. The comparative analysis of the performance and efficiency before and after transformation shows a significant efficiency increasing and energy consumption dropping. In the end, it summarizes the significant energy saving effect achieved during the Eleventh Five Year Plan. The energy saving tasks during the Twelfth Five Year Plan is of importance and urgency. The focus of our work will be on district heating.
