基于物流网络化的供应链牛鞭效应控制研究

Research for Controlling the Bullwhip Effect in Supply Chain Based on Logistics Network

在分析了供应链的供需矛盾以及由这种矛盾引发的供需信息传递过程中的变异现象的基础上,提出了牛鞭效应的产生,并通过分析物流网络化的实现和优点,提出了用物流网络化方法来弱化牛鞭效应的信息变异幅度,从而减小其对整个供应链正常高效运作的不利影响。

On the basis of analyzing contradiction between supply and demand and the variation in the course of passing the information of supply and demand caused by this contradiction,this thesis puts forward the generation of bullwhip effect.And by analyzing the realization and advantages of logistics network,the theory of logistics network is presented for weakening the variable amplitude of information of the bullwhip effect,thus reducing the adverse effects on the normal and efficient operation of the whole supply chain.
