近年来,受恶劣气候及船舶老龄化影响,长江内航行船舶失控数量逐年增多,已成为影响长江航道通航安全的一项重要安全隐患,文中从几个方面分析了航行船舶容易失控的原因,并提出了船舶失控后应急措施及预防船舶失控的几点建议。

In recent years,the number of vessels not under-command in Changjiang River increases year by year due to the influences of bad weather and ageing vessels.Vessels not under-command have become one of the important hidden dangers in safe navigation in Changjiang River.The paper tries to analyze the reasons of vessels not under-command,then proposes some emergency measures dealing with vessels not under-command and poses several suggestions for preventing vessels from losing command.
