摘要
适用型人才强调人才培养的针对性、社会相关性。基于对西部地方财经院校物流管理本科人才培养模式的分析,发现其存在人才培养目标不明确、人才培养规格欠具体、人才培养方式较单一和教学内容过于标准化等问题,然后提出具体的对策和建议。
It is important for qualified talents to emphasize the direction and the social relativity of training talents.Based on the analysis of training mode for logistics management undergraduate,we see some problems,such as unclear training goals,unspecific training specifications,monotonous culture method and over-standardized content of courses,and then some countermeasures,and give some specific suggestions.
