摘要
莱钢针对1#265m2烧结机柔性传动系统结构繁琐,经常发生大齿轮齿面磨损、胶合,小齿轮断齿,弹性拉压杆断裂,齿轮箱漏油等问题,将传动系统改造为紧凑结构,用PR减速机代替蜗轮减速机,同时通过改善齿轮表面硬度,改进联接方式,加大扭力杆的扭矩等措施,保证了烧结机的高效运行。
Because of the tedious structure of the flexible gearing system for No.1 265 m^2 sintering machine in Laiwu Steel, many problems occurred frequently, such as the tooth surface abrasion and agglutination of the gearwheel, the pinion tooth break, elastic throw rod break and gear box oil leak. Laiwu Steel transformed the drive system into the system with compact structure, replaced the worm gear by PR reducer, ameliorated gear surface hardness, improved the coupling way and enlarged the torque of toggle rod etc, guaranteeing the sintering machine high effective operation.
