摘要
食品安全问题的根本原因在于信息不对称。其中包括政府与食品加工企业之间的信息不对称、消费者与食品加工企业之间的信息不对称、食品加工企业与农户之间的信息不对称等。信息的不对称会导致企业的"逆向选择"行为,严重的会引发"道德风险"。应通过明确各职能部门责任、加强惩罚力度、完善食品安全信息披露、建立食品溯源追溯体系来全面提升食品安全监管能力,保障食品质量安全。
Asymmetric information is the main reason for the problem of the food safety,including.The information asymmetry between the government and food processing enterprises consumers and food processing enterprises,food processing enterprises and farmers.Information asymmetry will lead to business "adverse selection" behavior,and seriously will lead to "moral hazard".We should adopt a clear responsibility of the various functional departments,to strengthening penalties,improving food safety disclosure,and establishing a comprehensive food traceability system to improve food safety regulatory capacity to ensure food quality and safety.
