摘要
分层注聚、三元复合驱采油等试验过程中产生的废液难以处理,如不及时进行合理的处理,将严重污染环境。大庆油田采油工程研究院开发了三元混合液及含油污水处理工艺技术,研制出三元混合液及含油污水净化装置。三元混合液及含油污水经过物理和化学方法等多道处理工艺,如浓硫酸+双氧水+硫酸亚铁的方法,处理后的废液指标达到GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》中规定的二级排放标准,达到了环保治理的目的。
It is difficult to dispose the waste liquid generated in the separated zone polymer injection and ASP.If the problem is not solved in time,the environment will be seriously polluted.The purification equipment of the ternary mixture and oily wastewater has been developed.After the multi-step process by physical and chemical methods,the waste liquid generated in the experimental process is controled effectively.The waste liquid can meet the secondary emission standards included in the GB 8978-1996 integrated waste water discharge standard.
