摘要
在深海拖缆船上,LEAD-IN前导缆是拖曳水下数据采集电缆的关键设备,并且价格昂贵,它除了担当数千米长电缆的拖曳任务外,还承受着其它前导缆之间的横向扩展拉力等。在恶劣的海况下,前导缆的钢丝保护层由于长期承受不同力量的作用,极易导致钢丝起鼓、断裂,从而影响整个生产作业。本文从LEAD-IN前导缆的损坏原因、结构原理着手,详细地阐述了在现场进行前导缆维修的具体工艺和过程。
Since LEAD-IN cable is the key section of underwater equipment which not only can tow several kilometers of underwater data acquisition cable but also can bear the tension of horizontal expansion from other leading cables, so it is certainly costly. Under very tough sea conditions, Lead-in cable is easy to be broken and therefore the operation usually be stopped. This paper gave an explanation on the reasons and causes of those problems about the lead-in ca- ble with the detailed repair procedure.
