摘要
采用气相色谱-电子俘获检测器法（GC．ECD），测定及验证纺织品中五氟苯酚的含量。用水蒸气蒸馏提取试样，提取液经乙酸酐乙酰化后以正己烷提取，用气相色谱-电子俘获检测器（GC．ECD）测定，外标法定量。通过优化，本方法平均回收率为88．2％～102．1％，精密度为8．0％～9．2％，方法测定低限为10μg／kg。各项指标均满足有关要求。
This method is feasible to determine and confirm contents of pentachlorophenol in textile auxiliaries via GC-ECD method. The testing samples are extracted by steam distillation ,the extract solution are extracted with n-hexane by acetic anhydride acetylization .Determination and confirmation is made by GC-ECD （gas-chromatography with an electron capture detector）, using extermal standard method. Through the optimization ,the experimental data show tha ：the corresponding recovery is 88.2%- 102.1%, the precision is 8.0%-9.2%, and the limit of determination is 10μ/kg .All the technical items conform to the requirements.
