摘要
为切实加强图书馆工作人员的继续教育,对图书馆员继续教育的现状、必要性以及主要内容和措施进行了研究和论述。
In order to strengthen the further education of librarian,in this paper,the current situation,the necessity,the main content and strategy of further education of librarians were studied and described.
