摘要
概述了核心胜任特征的缘起和组织理论,指出用单纯的财务指标衡量青少年体育俱乐部绩效的做法有缺陷,应该用俱乐部的核心胜任特征作为衡量其绩效的关键指标。并尝试构建了一种涵盖青少年体育俱乐部核心胜任特征、服务质量和成本、顾客满意度、利润率等多种指标的层次整合绩效模型。
The paper summarizes the origin and organization theory of core competency. It points out the defects of taking pure financial indicators to judge the Junior Sports Clubs performance and puts forward that Junior Sports Clubs' core competency should be considered as the key index to measure the performance. An integration performance model should be constructed including the Junior Sports Clubs core competency, the service quality and costs, customer satisfaction and profitability.
