The paper summarizes the origin and organization theory of core competency. It points out the defects of taking pure financial indicators to judge the Junior Sports Clubs performance and puts forward that Junior Sports Clubs＇ core competency should be considered as the key index to measure the performance. An integration performance model should be constructed including the Junior Sports Clubs core competency, the service quality and costs, customer satisfaction and profitability.
