我国社会基本医疗保险在解决学校体育伤害事故中的作用及其局限性研究

The Functions and Limitations of the Social Medical Insurance in Solving the School Sports Injuries Accidents

学校体育伤害事故的不可避免性,使得事故发生后的救济至关重要。在对学校体育伤害的多种救济途径中,社会医疗保险是一种重要的救济方式。在介绍我国现行的社会基本医疗保险制度的基础上,就社会基本医疗保险制度对学校体育伤害事故救济的可能性和救济范围进行了探讨,同时指出了现行的社会医疗保险制度在对学校体育伤害事故救济方面存在的局限和不足,并就此提出了对策建议。

The inevitable school sports injuries decide the importance of relief after the accidents. Among the different relief ways, the social medical insurance should also be an important relief way. Based on the introduction of the present social medical insurance system, this paper discusses the possibility and releif range of the social medical insurance system to the school sports injury accident, and points out the limitations of the social medical insurance system to the school sports injury accident, and then gives some suggestions.
