摘要
随着我国竞技体育职业化的发展,我国职业球队引入外援成为普遍现象,也由此引发了我国职业球队跨文化管理的问题。运用跨文化管理理论,对中西方文化的差异性以及由此造成的职业球队跨文化交流冲突、跨文化管理问题进行系统分析和阐释,并在此基础上提出针对我国职业球队跨文化管理的有效策略。
With the development of professionalization of competitive sports, more foreign players and coaches are introduced into Chinese professional teams, which, at the same time, have brought about some problems in intercultural management. Based on intercultural management theories, this paper makes systematic analysis and interpretation on the differences between Chinese and western cultures, and the conflicts and problems in intercultural management of professional football teams. Some effective strategies of intercultural management of Chinese professional football teams are put forward.
