摘要
运用文献法、调查法、数理统计法,对目前高校体育教育专业体操普修课程教学内容,以及中小学体育课体操教学现状进行调查分析。结果显示,当前体育教育专业体操普修课程教学内容存在知识陈旧、脱离社会发展与中小学体操教学实际的现象。为此,分别从理论教学、实践教学与能力培养三个方面,对高校体育教育专业体操课教学内容进行了全面优化设计,为高校体操教学改革提供理论依据。
With the methods of literature review, investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper made investigation and analysis on the teaching content of required gymnastics course in universities and colleges' sports education major, and the statusquo of gymnastics teaching in primary and middle schools' P.E. class. The result shows the problems of the gymnastics teaching content in sports education major, such as outdated knowledge and the separation between social development and the gymnastics teaching practice in primary and middle school. Therefore, this paper makes overall optimization design on the gymnastics teaching content for universities' sports educaiton major and provides theoretical reference for universities gymnastics teaching reform, from the aspect of theory teaching, practice teaching and ability training.
