摘要 以艾叶为原料,采用微波辅助萃取法研究艾叶中总黄酮的提取工艺。以芦丁作对照品,采用分光光度法,在510 nm处测定艾叶中总黄酮的含量。试验结果表明:5.0 g艾叶粗粉,加入60%的乙醇溶液150 mL,浸泡30 min,微波功率400 W,微波时间9 min,共提取2次,总黄酮的提取率为11.84%。 The effect of microwave-assisted on the extraction of total flavonoids in leaves of Folium Artemisiae Argyi was investigated.Rutin as reference samper,the total flavonoids content in Folium Artemisiae Argyi was determined by spectrophotometry,establishing working curve at 510nm.The results show that the optimized extraction conditions were concluded as follows: the volume fractions of ethanol is 60% at microwave power 400W for 9min,150mL water for 5g Folium Artemisiae Argyi and extraction tiwce.Under this condition,the yield of total flavonoids is 11.84%.
