摘要
以苄基氯和锡粉为原料,n(Sn)∶n(BzCl)=1.0∶1.0的条件下,在乙苯中直接合成二苄基二氯化锡(Bz2SnCl2),产率达80%以上;以二苄基二氯化锡、对硝基苯甲酸和三乙胺为原料,合成了二苄基锡二对硝基苯甲酸酯[Bz2Sn(O2CPhNO2)2],当n(Bz2SnCl2)∶n(HOCOPhNO2-p)=1.0∶2.1,n(N(C2H5)3)∶n(acid)=1.025~1.05∶1.0反应4.5 h产率为70.0%。通过熔点仪、红外光谱、核磁共振等手段对其结构表征,结果表明,二苄基锡二对硝基苯甲酸酯和二丁基锡二对硝基苯甲酸酯的羰基氧原子与锡原子发生了配位。
In this paper,dibenzyl tin dichloride(Bz2SnCl2) was synthesized by benzyl chloride and tin powder as material.The yield of Bz2SnCl2 is above 80% as n(Sn)∶n(BzCl)=1.0∶1.0 in the ethylbenzene.Dibenzyltin di-p-nitrobenzoate ester[Bz2Sn(OOCPhNO2)2] was synthesized using dibenzyl tin dichloride,p-nitrobenzoic acid and triethylamine as materials.The yield of Bz2Sn(OOCPhNO2)2 is 70% when n(Bz2SnCl2)∶n(HOCOPhNO2-p)=1.0∶2.1,n(N(C2H5)3)∶n(acid)=1.025~1.05∶1.0 reacted 4 h.The structure of Bz2Sn(OOCPhNO2)2 was characterazed by IR and NMR and the results showed that two pairs of dibenzyltin nitrobenzoyl ester and two pairs of nitrobenzene dibutyltin ester carbonyl oxygen atoms and tin atoms with a Coordination.
