摘要 以23,-二甲基-4-氯吡啶-N-氧化物为起始原料,经取代、酰化、水解、氯代、缩合、氧化、成盐等反应制得雷贝拉唑钠。所得产物经氢谱、质谱确证结构。此工艺路线方法简便,原料易得,便于工业化生产。 Rabeprazole sodium was synthesized from 2,3-dimethyl-4-chloropyridine-N-oxide by a reaction sequence of substitution,acylation,hydrolysis,chlorination,condensation,oxidation and salification.Chemical structure of Rabeprazole sodium was confirmed by 1H-NMR and MS.This process can be easily controlled and is suitable for a scale production.
