摘要
随着国家对人才培养教育的重视,各高校都制订出相应的人才培养规划。从人才培养的目标定位、价值取向、培养规格设计及培养方案的制订几个方面,探讨了新升本科地方高师院校人才培养的路径。
Colleges make out plans to cultivate talents according to the inportance on talents cultiva- tion education made by state. In this paper, we discuss the path to cultivate the talents in the newlypromoted local normal college from five aspects-target location , value orientation, design of cultivating specification, and the formulation of training scheme.
