摘要
地理信息系统(GIS)设计与开发是地理信息系统专业的核心课程,该课程教学质量的高低在很大程度上决定了学生未来从事GIS应用项目二次开发的水平。首先分析了GIS设计与开发课程教学中目前存在的问题,然后根据该课程在GIS专业课程教育中的地位和特点并结合自己的教学实践,提出了对于提升GIS设计与开发课程教学质量的一些建议,包括科学合理地设置教学内容、采取多样化的教学方式、鼓励参加GIS开发比赛以及强调以实际项目作为毕业设计内容等方法,为该课程的教学质量优化作出了有益的探索。
The GIS design and developing course is the core of geographic information system discipline. The teaching effect of the course has great impact on the students＇ability to engage in the actual GIS projects. The paper analysis the problems exist in current GIS design and developing course teaching. According to the characteristics of course and its position in professional education of GIS disci pline, combined with my own teaching practice, the author proposed some advice to improve the teaching methods of GIS design and developing course. The advices including making a reasonable set of teaching content, diversification of teaching forms., attend GIS development competition, establish the practice base with GIS enterprise and emphasis on graduate design practice. The research will be a useful exploration of teaching GIS design and developing course.
