摘要
大型仪器设备是国家重点实验室各项工作开展的基础和必备物质条件,它不仅体现一个国家级平台的科研实力,也是衡量重点实验室装备条件的重要标志。结合作物种质创新与资源利用国家重点实验室培育基地实践情况,从我国国家重点实验室大型仪器设备的投入、基本情况、存在问题,以及如何有效地管理大型仪器设备,最大限度地挖掘设备的使用潜力,更好地为教学、科研和人才培养服务等方面进行了论述。
Abstract： Large equipment and instrument are the foundation and necessary material conditions to the state key laboratory, it is not only an appearance to the national platform scientific research strength, but also is an important indicator to the key laboratory conditions measurement. Based on the practice of the hunan provincial key laboratory of crop germplasm innovation and utilization, focused on the large equipment and instrument investment, basic conditions, and problems in our state key laboratory; the large equipment and instrument effectively management, the using potential exploit, and the teaching, research and personnel training services improvement are discussed.
