摘要 通过试验和有限元分析探讨带束层结构对轿车子午线轮胎接地印痕、径向刚度和室内噪声的影响。结果表明:随着带束层角度增大,径向刚度减小、压力分布更均匀、室内噪声声压级降低;相对带束层采用2+2×0.25HT钢丝帘线轮胎,带束层采用2×0.3HT钢丝帘线轮胎的径向刚度和压力分布的变化趋势相同,但室内噪声声压级较高。 The effect of belt structure on footprint,radial stiffness and indoor noise of PCR tire was discussed by test and finite element analysis.The results indicated that,with the increase of belt angle,the radial stiffness was lowered,contact pressure distribution was more uniform,and indoor acoustic pressure was lower.Compared with 2+2×0.25HT belt steel cord,the radial stiffness and changing trend of contact pressure distribution of the tire with 2×0.3HT belt steel cord were similar,but the indoor acoustic pressure was higher.
