摘要
本实验以H~#为淬灭指标,用液闪—#型两种探测仪器一次完成对~3H、^(14)C、^(125)I的三标记测量及淬灭校正。并观察了不同程度淬灭不同的核素活度比值和活度对校正极差的影响,结果表明,在中度淬灭条件下(H~#<227),低活度范围内,校正极差均控制在10%以内,基本上可以满足实际测量的要求,且该方法操作简单、迅速,结果准确。可在同一份样本中同时观察分别由~3H、^(14)H、^(125)I标记的三种物质代谢。
H# as quench indicator,with help of triple-label proceeding computer program,H 3.C-14.I-125 triple label determination and calculation method was established on wall-crystal detector and liquid scintinlation detecting system.At the same time the effect of various queench,different H-3.C--14.I-125 activity ratio and nuclides activity on calculated errors were done.The cesult shows the calcuted errors were 10% when H#<227 and nuclides activity is relatively lower.The advantages of this method are as following;simple operating,to get the correct result quickly and the metabolism of three substances which labed distinguishly with H-3.I-125.C-14 may be observed at the same sample and same time.
