九江地区阴道分泌物检测结果分析

Analysis of vaginal secretion detection in Jiujiang region

目的了解本地区阴道病原菌感染情况。方法取受检者阴道分泌物进行清洁度、霉菌、滴虫及细菌性阴道病检测。结果 2693例阴道分泌物标本中,查出霉菌502例,阳性率为18.64%;滴虫79例,阳性率为2.93%;细菌性阴道病760例,阳性率为28.22%。结论本地区细菌性阴道病发病率较高,应做好相应的预防及治疗工作。

Objective To understand vaginal pathogenic infections in Jiujiang region.Methods Cleanliness indexes,Fungus,trichomonad and bacterial vaginosis（BV） were detected from vaginal secretion samples.Results Of 2693 samples,Mycete positive rate was 18.64%（502cases）,and with 2.93%（79cases） of trichomonad,28.22%（760cases） of BV respectively.Conclusion The incidence of BV is high in this region,it should make the appropriate prevention and treatment efforts.
