“和谐”政治理念的普世价值探究

Universal Value of Political Concept of Harmony

真正具有高度普世价值的政治理念并不是西方发达资本主义国家所推崇的"自由、民主、人权、平等、博爱",而是中国所倡导的"和谐"。和谐是人类自身存在以及与自然界共存的一种理想状态,"自由、民主、人权、平等、博爱"这些政治理念的本质要求与核心追求正是"和谐","和谐"的普世价值是高于"自由、民主、人权、平等、博爱"的。抛开"和谐"来谈"自由、民主、人权、平等、博爱",不仅是空洞而缺乏现实意义的,而且是不利于人类的可持续发展的。

The political concept with genuine high universal value is not ＂freedom, democracy, human rights, equality and philanthropy＂ as advocated by the western developed capitalist countries, but is the ＂harmony＂ advocated in China. Harmony is an ideal state in which the mankind exists and co -exists with nature. The essential requirement and the core pursuance of ＂freedom, democracy, human rights, equality and philanthro- py＂ is no other than ＂harmony＂ and the universal value of ＂ harmony＂ is higher than the ＂freedom, demoera- cy, human rights, equality and philanthropy＂ and the latter, devoid of ＂harmony＂, will be void short of any realistic significance and hinders the sustainable development of the mankind.
