摘要
针对一台150 MW机组480 t/h超高压锅炉在运行中出现的振动现象,运用加速度计对振动的振幅和频率进行了测量,分析了振动产生的原因,并提出了消除该振动的方案,包括刚性梁的加固和引出管道支撑的加强,效果良好。
For the vibration occurring in the operation of the 480 t/h super high-pressure boiler in a 150 MW power unit, the amplitude and frequency of the vibration have been measured with the accelerometer. The reason of the vibration produced has been analyzed and a scheme to remove the vibration has been put forward including how to reinforce the stiffening bar and the outlet pipe support.
