引风机叶轮清灰的数值研究

摘要 利用数值模拟软件Fluent,以N-S方程和RNGk-ε模型为基础,采用拉格朗日颗粒轨道模型,对引风机内部流场和颗粒轨迹进行数值模拟,从而得到风机内颗粒的分布情况,进而提出气流吹扫的清灰方法,并用数值模拟验证其可行性,为叶轮清灰提供指导。 Based on the N-S equations and the RNG k-ε model, Lagrangian particle trajectory model is applied to the numerical simulation for the inner flow field and the running track of the solid particles in the induced draft fan with numerical simulation software Fluent so as to obtain the particles distribution within the fan, and then the air blowing way for cleaning is put forward. The feasibility of the numerical simulation has been verified so as to conduct the impeller cleaning
